Harry Sudakoff Conference Center Fee Schedule

The Harry Sudakoff Conference Center is available for rental when not in use by the College.  All reservations are treated on a first-come, first-served basis.  All rental fees and associated services are subject to state and local sales taxes unless a tax-exempt certificate is presented at the time the contract is signed.

1 The Cleaning Fee is applied to events where food and/or beverages are served.


Capacity

The entire auditorium set up theater style, accommodates 400 people.

The entire auditorium, set up classroom style, accommodates 250 people.

The smaller central auditorium accommodates 200 for lecture style, and 100 for classroom style.

The four classroom spaces will accommodate 50 persons lecture style, or 25 persons classroom style.

The East Lobby (with moveable wall in place) is priced as a classroom, and can be used for additional break out space.

The lobby can be used for refreshments and registration purposes.

Additional Information

Comprehensive general liability insurance must be obtained by the licensee and should be $250,000 per occurrence. New College of Florida and the New College of Florida Board of Trustees should be named as insured parties. The Licensee must provide the College with a certificate of insurance no less than 30 days prior to the event.

Parking is limited at Sudakoff Conference Center. Events expecting more than 100 attendees may require special parking arrangements. These arrangements must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to make these arrangements. The New College Police Department does not provide parking services or traffic control. The Office of Campus Space Scheduling is available to give advice about these arrangements.
