MESSAGE FOR NEW INCOMING STUDENTS: You must register for access to the NCF computer network or you will not be able to use a number of required campus technology resources such as official NCF email, access to the NCF portal:Ansible and many faculty websites which require network credentials.

Instructions for Requesting Network Access

Login to NewCLEIS, select the "Personal Information" menu option and then click on "Request NCF network access & your NCF student email address".

Please follow the detailed instructions to complete your access request. You will receive a network ID and initial password within a few seconds.

What is NewCLEIS?

NewCLEIS is the online information system for NCF students, faculty and staff. You will need your "N" number and PIN to login to NewCLEIS.  Click here for detailed login instructions.

What Can I do on NewCLEIS?

With NewCLEIS students can:
  • register for contracts/ISPs
  • view your account balance
  • change your address
  • reset your password
  • apply for an NCF email address
With NewCLEIS, staff and faculty can:
  • see pay stubs
  • annual/sick leave balances
  • change personal information such as addresses or phone numbers
  • reset your password
NOTE: The functions of NewCLEIS are now accessible through Ansible, New College's Online Portal. Students and faculty can find NewCLEIS on the Academics tab, under “Academic Services.” Staff can go to the Employees tab and click the link under “My NewCLEIS”.

NewCLEIS Functions for New Admits:

Apply for your NCF network access and student email address now online via NewCLEIS. Simply logon to NewCLEIS with your "N" number and PIN. Select the Personal Information Menu and then the option to request NCF network access and your student email address. Read the rules, check the box and hit the submit button.

The NewCLEIS HOTLINE will be available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm by calling 1 (877) 639-2534.

The HOTLINE is not available at night or on weekends but you may leave a message and a phone number and one of our representatives will try to contact you as soon as possible.
