Africa Club

Description

We have been a diverse group in the past, from social justice activists to area studies or anthro AOCs to those who simply enjoy many aspects of various African cultures.  As a place for those of us with similar or connected interests to converge, Africa Club can be whatever you want it to be.  Last year some first-years came to the interest meeting wanting to spend time in Africa volunteering, so we fundraised like we meant it for almost a year, and in the summer we went on a three-week trip to Tanzania to work in schools and hospitals in the Kilimanjaro region.
