Judicial Court

The judical Court is made up of  five students elected at large.
who select from themselves a Chief Justice to preside over meetings of the
Court, but only votes in the case of a tie. in addition, a Student Prosecutor and Student Defender are also elected from the student.  the duities of the court are as follows:

  • The hearing of cases as directed by section 8 of the Student Code.
  • The interpretation of the NCSA constitution.
  • The oversight of the counting of ballots.
  • The hearing of challenges to elections.
  • The hearing of impeachment trials.
  • Ensuring a committee’s bylaws comply with its stated purpose
