Educational Technology Sevices (ETS) is a department within Information Technologies (IT) that supports the faculty, staff and students of the College. We offer equipment, training and project support. ETS staff support a wide variety of software applications. Our department will help clients identify and use the best tools for academic and research-oriented projects.
FacilitiesThe ETS has a number of resources available in the InfoCommons, located on the second floor of Cook Library. Library 226 is a room for listening and viewing the materials of the media collection. Library 223 has open-useworkstations. For a list of rooms already equipped with dedicated A/V Equipment (excluding auditoriums and computer labs), click here. On Campus AssistanceIn addition, ETS can assist you with the instructional technology equipment located in any classroom or space on campus during regular hours. For weekend classes or events, please contact us to confirm that we will be able to fulfill your request.Please note the following limitations and policy issues:
Equipment CheckoutShort term loan of audio-visual equipment for students and peripheral devices for instruction or research for faculty.Training & SupportBy appointment training and support in a variety of areas, e.g. digital media production including video and audio editing, as well as training in software applications commonly used in instructional technology.
