Nat Colletta served as manager of the Post-Conflict Unit for the World Bank and is a prolific author on conflict resolution.  Professor Colletta is intererested in Policy Analysis, Strategic Planning, Program Design, Implementation, and Evaluation; Conflict Management and Post Conflict Reconstruction; Peace Building, and Security and Development.

In 2007, Professor Colletta received a $20,000 grant from Gulf Coast Community Foundation to establish a peer-mediation conflict resolution support program at Venice H.S. through collaboration of New College students with the Institute of Multi-Track Diplomacy, Alexandria, VA
